Introducing our new podcast with a line-up featuring these creative, inspired minds, dropping weekly! Each week, we sit with business leaders, wellness coaches, and community connections, to chat about the idea of Composed Living, what it means to each of us, and what we’re doing to create it. Our conversations are unstructured, sometimes off-topic, but always authentic and engaging.

Throughout the season, we also have mini-episodes where Elsa will share her favorite organizational tips and tricks, answer listener questions, and provide updates on the growth of our business (non-profit and retail HQ coming soon) - subscribe for instant access!

Episode 1: Fostering Community and Service with Anton Brandt

Anton is the founder of The Sacred Fig, a global platform for Yoga education. He integrates his love for nature into his classes, drawing on its rhythms and cycles to guide students on a journey of self-discovery and is equally passionate about guiding students to explore their own places of strength. He also works with sacred medicines, to delve into the realms of consciousness and spirituality.

He lives with his partner at Cocoon Portugal, a 275-acre farm/yoga retreat centre on the Atlantic coast of Portugal.

Episode 2: On Creating Calm with Brie McWade

Brie is a fellow business-owner and part of the Composed Living team, heading up digital and creative marketing strategy and is the primary brand graphic designer.

She is a single mom, owner of Sunday Beach Club, and collector of hobbies ranging from being a master gardener for LA County, a quilter for Pasadena’s chapter of Project Linus, an avid roadtripper, and most recently a budding graffiti artist. Brie also sits on the non-profit board for Composed Giving - launching late 2023.

Episode 3: Inviting in Ease, Play, and Softness with Maggie Kennedy

As a prep and integration coach, Maggie works with those preparing to overcome fears and limiting beliefs, while integrating lessons available to them. With a love for playful curiosity, she’s been led to unforgettable experiences, broaden her understanding of this world.

Socrates’ quote "the unexamined life is not worth living”jump-started her quest for a deeply intentional life that currently has her and her dog residing out of a Subaru this summer, already proving to be the journey of a lifetime!

Episode 4: Using Balance to Create Abundance with Alyshia Ochse

Alyshia Ochse is a Los Angeles-based Award Winning actress, bestselling author, podcast host, entrepreneur, and mother.

Most recognized for her role as “Lucy,” opposite Matthew McConaughey in TRUE DETECTIVE, Alyshia most recently joined the Hulu/Onyx studios show The Other Black Girl based on the New York Times best selling novel - airing fall 2023.

When not acting or writing, she is the creator, producer, and host of hit podcast THAT ONE AUDITION; an honest, humorous, and inspirational podcast with your favorite on-screen storytellers and Hollywood influencers who reveal their most life changing audition tales as well as the survival skills they have collected along the way.

Episode 5: The Importance of Having Fun with Natasha Sizlo

Natasha Sizlo is a writer based in Los Angeles. She grew up in California and has a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara and recently released her memoir All Signs Point to Paris.

She started her career writing for magazines including Variety, Cosmopolitan, Shape Magazine, Santa Barbara Magazine, and Ray Gun among others. In 1998, she moved to Detour Magazine where she worked as Senior Editor managing an editorial team and working as a staff writer covering celebrity, fashion, and tech.

She has since transitioned to real estate where she currently works at The Agency (Yes, the real estate firm from, among others, Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, where Natasha has appeared on many episodes).

Episode 6: On Finding Calm with Emma Lundwall

Emma is a Spiritual Stylist and Sacred Space Designer. She graduated from Uppsala University, Sweden, with an Arts degree and has since studied fine art, architecture, interior design, fashion and psychology. She is a Certified Life Coach and a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

She has studied Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness as well as Metaphysics and various healing modalities. Emma was born a psychic medium and is passionate about teaching others how to tap into their intuition using creativity.

A mother of 4 young boys, living in New York, Emma is also a passionate world-traveler and has lived in 6 different countries, on 4 continents so far.


Episode 7: Seeking Clarity with Kelly Christopher

Kelly currently lives in sunny Southern CA, but originally hails from Pennsylvania. She moved to the West Coast to tackle "Hollywood" and later between auditions, she landed a part time job at a law firm which turned into a 19 year legal career enforcing intellectual property rights for her clients.

In 2018, she was selected to be a Solar System Ambassador for NASA, allowing her to engage with the public about space and science missions. 

Kelly is a member of the Young Professionals Group for the Assistance League of Los Angeles, and is currently creating an online academy and community for helping people pleasers overcome obstacles so they are able to pursue their own goals and not sit on the sidelines of life.

Episode 8: Learning to Trust with Kristiana Tarnuzzer

Meet Kristiana, a native East Coaster who had a thriving career in NYC in travel and wellness before venturing to LA with her family, and starting her own social impact consulting business.

Soon after relocating, Kristiana encountered her own struggles, both physically and emotionally. The unforeseen arrival of the pandemic compelled Kristiana to adapt to unprecedented challenges and while prioritizing her health. These hurdles became catalysts for personal growth, leading her on a transformative path.

Today, she feels better physically and mentally than ever before, embracing a renewed sense of purpose as she gracefully reintegrates herself back onto the East Coast, in her new home, community, and cherished fields of travel and wellness.

Episode 9: Feng Shui with Laura Beatriz Carrillo

Laura, The Feng Shui Lady®️, is a certified “form school” practitioner helping people make space for their blessings by using Feng Shui as a manifesting tool for magnetizing everything from love and babies, to health and wealth.

Laura originally studied Journalism and has written extensively about Feng Shui and wellness. She consults, speaks, teaches, hosts, and writes on the topics.

With over a decade in experience, Laura’s work has been featured in Elle Decor, LA Times, Examiner, Thrive Global, and The Western School of Feng Shui. Laura uses modern technology to work with and interact with her clients virtually as well as in Los Angeles.

 

Episode 10: Navigating Single Motherhood with SAINT

Molly Pross, with Janie Schwartz and Zoe Kasiske are three mom friends who had their lives turned upside down after separation and divorce.

After realizing that there was no existing support system for navigating single motherhood, they set out to create SAINT out of a personal need to redefine single motherhood.

They’re shifting the narrative and shaking the stigma with the power of group support connecting single mothers to their village through thoughtful community experiences both online and in-person (currently in Los Angeles/SoCal).
