Essential Digitization is billed at $115 per hour. Organized Digital Archive projects are custom quoted based on scope. There is no fixed project minimum.

Clear Answers Before We Begin
Every collection is different. We’ll review your materials, goals and preferred delivery method before recommending the right level of support.

No. If your materials are reasonably sorted, Essential Digitization may be sufficient. If you need help deciding what to keep or creating categories, we’ll recommend an Organized Digital Archive project.

Our service includes compatible loose photographs and paper documents. We are unable to digitize bound albums, fragile materials, oversized pieces, negatives, slides, audio and video at this time, but may be able to provide you with a referral to a specialist.

No. We assist with projects of different sizes. You are billed according to the services and time your project requires.

Depending on the project, work may be completed at your home or office, at our Woodland Hills workspace or through a combination of locations.

Timing depends on the quantity, condition and complexity of your materials. We’ll provide an estimated timeline after reviewing your collection.

Digital files may be delivered through an approved cloud platform or storage device. Originals will be returned unless secure shredding has been specifically requested and authorized in writing.

Your files are delivered through the selected storage method. Organized Digital Archive clients also receive guidance for accessing and maintaining their new system.
