After Hours: Conversations on Sex & Intimacy for Women

There are so many things women don’t really get space to say out loud about sex and intimacy.

About not feeling desire the way they used to or the way they think they should. About shutting down in moments they want to stay open. About craving closeness but not feeling fully in their body when it actually shows up. About the confusion of wanting more but not knowing how to access it.

And for many of us, there are deeper layers underneath that too. Things shaped by stress, past experiences, what we were taught about sex, our physical health, and the ways our bodies have learned to adapt in order to feel safe.

This is a space for all of that.

After Hours is a one night intimacy circle where we slow things down and actually listen to what is happening in the body around sex, desire, and connection.

We’ll ground into the body together, move through a guided somatic exploration around desire and intimacy, and have space for honest conversation about what is real for us in our sexual lives in a way most of us do not get anywhere else.

We close with a simple integration practice to help you come back into yourself before you leave.

Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and a journal.

This is a safe space for women and female identifying people.
