Organizing Essentials for Desk and Office

As always, we recommend starting by decluttering this space. When you have your items pared down to what you are keeping, then take inventory and see if you may need to buy something to help keep it all organized! 

The biggest issues we see in office spaces are cord management and paper clutter. Use self-adhering velcro or zip ties to corral unruly cords; use a piece of velcro to affix your charging cables to the back of your desk or nightstand - this will prevent the cord from always falling to the ground, and you’ll save yourself time and unnecessary frustration! If you can’t digitize your paperwork, try adding a cute filing cabinet for larger collections, or some simple file folders for smaller quantities. The file folders can be styled on your desk or a bookcase. Rolling file carts are a great option for keeping paperwork close by - you can tuck this option right under your desk.
