Updated COVID-19 Safety Protocols

We are grateful to be offering in-home services during this time. We want every organizing experience to feel as comfortable and safe as possible. Because of the rapidly changing state orders and guidelines, we’re continuing to develop new protocols and procedures. The following set of guidelines was created in the best interest of maintaining good health and safety of both our clients and our team.

CONSULTATIONS

Consultations can be held virtually or in-person, at the availability of each client. We can set up virtual appointments through Google Meet, FaceTime, or Zoom.

ON-SITE SAFETY

Composed Living provides masks, gloves and hand sanitizer to each member of our team. Our team is required to wear a mask at all times when inside client homes.

We ask that clients wear masks and maintain a respectful distance when interacting or working near our team member. We reserve the right to end a session if any organizer feels that their health or safety is compromised by a lack of adherence to guidelines. We request that clients either be out of the home or in a separate space while our team is working, with the exception of when a space requires hands-on client direction, while maintaining a 6-foot distance. Clients are encouraged to give comprehensive instructions to our team at the beginning of a session, with periodic check-ins, as needed.

Organizers will be assigned to work in a different room/space unless a 6-foot distance is maintainable within the room. Our team may take short breaks to remove their masks (outside of clients’ homes) and must wash their hands and/or change gloves.

PRODUCTS

For products that can’t be procured locally by our team, we will arrange for items to be shipped directly to clients’ homes. Project timelines may require adjustment for shipped orders.

VENDORS & GUESTS

In the event that there are vendors or guests on-site, we may opt to reschedule, depending on the ability of our team to effectively social distance.
