The Best of Series | Under Sink Storage

We are back with our best of series, and this time it’s all about that under sink storage! No matter if it is in your kitchen, bathroom or bar area, under sink storage and organization is crucial to creating a place to store some of your most used items and be able to find them every time!

The Best Items for Under Sink Storage

Shelves with Room for Pipes

This under sink shelf has a little wiggle room for whatever pipes/water filters/garbage disposals you have under there! This one is great because it is versatile for both a kitchen or bathroom sink! We love that it also provides vertical storage, as that space often goes unused.

Stackable Drawers

Since we just mentioned the importance of utilizing your vertical space, these stackable drawers are perfect! They give you the ability to store much more under your sinks and are great for back stock of hand soap, sponges, Mr. Clean Magic Erasers etc. This can also be used under a kitchen or bathroom sink, but it is especially great for bathrooms (it's pretty narrow so even works in a powder room or apartment bathroom).

Turntable

If your sink has a tricky corner or is really deep try a turntable. This is one situation where we would choose plastic. If your sink leaks for any reason bamboo will not last and will mold over time.

Divided Organizer

This divided organizer is "for" arts and crafts, but would be ideal for under the sink storage of household items that aren't necessarily for cleaning. Think; lightbulbs, command hooks, string, spare filters for your Brita, spare hardware for sinks etc. Many small apartments and houses don't have utility closets or "junk" drawers. This is a great containment option for that situation.

Public Goods Products!!

Everything Public Goods! They have simple, beautifully, sustainable packaging with everything from hand soap to bathroom cleaner to laundry detergent to scrub brushes and panty liners. A lot of their packaging is not only sustainable, but tree free!! They use sugarcane and bamboo and some of their products are already waste free. Another aspect we love is that they plant a tree for every new member that signs up.

Have any storage that you love for under the sink? We’d love to hear about it and chat!
